Manhattan Media is led by CEO Marianna Morello, a marketing and advertising veteran with over three decades of experience. Upon founding her own advertising agency some 27 years ago, Marianna initially focused on print advertising and became the unrivaled leader in the category, delivering unprecedented ROI for blue chip brands as well as direct marketers. Based upon this success and the trust she has built over the years, Marianna and her team have branched out into digital and social media, out-of-home advertising and broadcast television and radio commercials.
Today Manhattan Media manages fully integrated campaigns and collaborates with clients and their internal resources, as well as agencies that lack Manhattan Media’s specific. This has resulted in a broad spectrum of clients that range from established brands, product marketers, and start-ups.
As a recognized marketing industry thought leader, Marianna has served on the Electronic Retailer magazine advisory board, and has written for trade journals that have included Response magazine, DM News, and Electronic Retailer magazine. In addition, she was featured in author Steven Dworman’s book, $12 Billion of Inside Marketing Secrets, as well as Tim Ferris’ Wall Street Journal Bestseller, The 4-Hour Work Week: Escape 9-5, Live Anywhere, and Join the New Rich. Director of Sales & Marketing
Diane encompasses over 20 years of media planning and buying experience at some of the most prestigious agencies in NYC. She has worked extensively with beauty and luxury clients from a vast portfolio. These include Revlon, Shiseido, LVMH, Cartier, Paul Mitchell, and Patrón Spirits. Diane has helped launch new products into the market and has always worked closely with clients to hone in and maximize the best plans for the best rate of return. From a young age, she was intrigued with all vehicles of the advertising landscape. Diane holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Arts with a concentration in Advertising and is well-versed in all things pop culture.
Information Technology Manager
With over 20 years’ experience in fashion, airlines and various industries Ryan is a highly knowledgeable mentor able to drive productivity and motivate cross-functional teams. Improves processes to increase efficiencies. A dependable problem solver who seizes opportunities to improve upon existing operations to increase your business' standing in the marketplace. A proficient and highly skilled information technology manager with a broad background in project management, IT security, computer operations, implementations, network administration, end-user support, troubleshooting, and hardware/software.
Krissy joins Manhattan Media as Account Director with over 20 years in the advertising industry. Starting her career in radio and broadcast, she transitioned to advertising agencies working with a wide range of clients, including JPMorgan Chase, Guinness, Remy Amerique, Patron Spirits, and Paul Mitchell. She also had the opportunity to use her expertise in media and marketing on the client side at Kao Brands, which included Biore, Curel, John Frieda, and Jergens. Krissy thrives at collaborating with clients to create custom solutions for their business. On her free time, Krissy enjoys hiking with her family and two dogs-or cooking in the kitchen with her husband.
Jackie has served as Controller of Manhattan Media since 2004 and is directly involved in all financial aspects of the organization. Her career in accounting and advertising encompasses over 30 years and includes working for a magazine publishing company, a TV shopping channel, and agency experience. In addition, Jackie spent several years working for a multinational accounting firm and as a senior auditor for many internationally known brands. However, it is her love of the fast-paced and accountable world of advertising that allows her to combine her passion for numbers with an industry that is dynamic and ever-changing.
Senior Account Manager
Marc leverages his over 20 years of experience in marketing and advertising to help nurture accounts to success. Working across a broad spectrum of brands, he helps develop marketing plans with an eye toward delivering specific outcomes including audience reach and frequency and ROI. Prior to joining Manhattan Media in 2004, Marc worked for a corporate travel and event planning company as well as for a direct marketing company that specialized in the personal care space. Marc is an avid cook who has been trained at the French Culinary Institute in New York City.
Vice President of Sales
With over a decade and a half of experience, Marcello leads the business development effort at Manhattan Media. He takes great care in understanding the needs of each client and recommends solutions tailored to each campaign’s specific goals. Marcello has helped spearhead the agency’s evolution including all social media efforts which he manages on a day-to-day basis. An avid hockey player as a youth and now devoted fan, Marcello resides in Manhattan where he was born and raised.
Senior Account Manager
Rita has over 30 years of experience in the advertising industry. Her expertise and vast knowledge in all areas of media, which include radio, television, print and direct mail, have enabled her to master the strategic elements needed to deliver targeted, successful marketing campaigns. Rita’s marketing abilities along with her loyal dedication to her clients, has earned her the respect and recognition of her peers. Rita has been a member of the Advertising Club of New York and American Advertising Federation since 1988. Rita received the “Certificate of Appreciation” from Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, in honor of her outstanding leadership, commitment, and support in the battle against cancer.
Heidy has acted as Manhattan Media’s bookkeeper for 19 years. Since advertising is all about the numbers at the agency, her ability to maintain a highly detailed, systematic record of all accounting transactions is invaluable. She is particularly adroit at handling client billing matters, and managing receivables and payables in a timely and efficient manner. She is a graduate of New York’s Fordham University with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Sociology, and was born in the Dominican Republic. She currently resides in the Bronx.
